Who Frank is

• A business owner with a new operation to get off the ground
• Research, suppliers, spreadsheets, reports and a steady stream of email, all landing on him at once
• Already using ChatGPT, but mostly like a search engine

The challenge

Before we started, Frank's week looked like this:

• Finding suppliers and materials, and chasing down information
• Keeping spreadsheets current by hand
• Pulling everything together into updates other people could actually read
• Research that could eat days at a time

He knew AI could help. He did not have a system for it.

How the intensive worked

• Before day one: Frank ran a discovery prompt I sent him inside his own ChatGPT. It interviewed him one question at a time about what he actually does all day, then produced two documents: a preparation brief and an AI opportunity map of his work. So session one started on his real tasks, not on setup.
• The sessions: In person, on the water in Isla Mujeres. I taught it, showed him once, then he did it on his own work while I sat beside him. Homework between sessions.
• The schedule: We planned five days in a row. Frank asked for a day between sessions to absorb it, so we moved to every second day. In his words: "We adjusted the schedule to every second day, and that worked much better for me."
• After: A follow-up meeting the following week to fix whatever had not stuck and lock in what had.

What we built together

All of it lives in Frank's own ChatGPT account, not mine.
